To have knock knees, as the name implies, means that both of
our knees are touching. Knock knees are known in the medical community as Genu
Valgum. In other words, your knees should contact you when you stand up

those who are otherwise healthy, have a higher risk of developing knock knees
than those under six. As a natural part of their development, children can
experience this condition because their weight shifts onto the rear of the knee
joint.
